
Stress may be defined as "a state of phychological / and or psychological imbalance resulting from the desparity between situational demand and the individuals ability and/ or motivations to meet those demands."It is a general term applied to various mental and physchological pressures experienced by people feel in their lives.It can be negative or positive.Stress can be positive when the situation offers an opportunity for a person togainsomething.It acts as a motivator for peak performance.It can be negative when a person faces social,physical,organisational and emotional problem.You can get stress form school,work,home,anywhere and everywhere.Family problems is one of the stresses that can occur.It is manainly cause by work or schools and relationship between friends and family.Stress is becoming very usual thing in everyday life.Most of the people or have been suffering from stress and the age of people suffering from it is getting younger every year. Stress is also cause by sckoolwork.For example when a student is maybe sick for 2 weeks or so,then homework starts to pile up and it is pretty hard to get back on track again and needs a lot of dedication.
